Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the VPNUW website, user panel, and subscription services. When you use the website, create an account, submit an order, or use network acceleration services, relevant data is handled under this policy. Data is processed to provide account features, complete orders, keep services running, respond to support requests, and improve the page experience. Information unrelated to these purposes is not made a registration requirement.

VPNUW processes data only to the extent needed for a clearly defined function and limits access according to the purpose of the data. If a feature requires additional information, the page explains why before submission. You may choose not to provide it, but the related feature may not be available.

Account, Order, and Support Data

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. The service therefore does not include an email field in registration or make an email address a condition for creating an account. Account data mainly includes the username, password security verification results, plan status, summarized traffic usage, and account settings. Passwords are not used in directly readable plaintext for routine account management.

When you purchase a subscription or traffic package, the system stores the order records needed to complete the transaction and provide after-sales support, including the selected item, amount due, payment status, creation time, and transaction identifier associated with the result returned by the payment channel. Support requests retain the issue description submitted by the user, processing status, and replies to help track faults, refunds, or account matters. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a support ticket.

Usage Analytics and No-Logs Policy

The website may process basic usage analytics, such as page views, referring pages, browser type, device type, and error events. This helps determine whether pages work correctly, identify compatibility issues, and improve content structure. Analytics are used for website operations and do not create a profile of the international websites a user visits.

VPNUW follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access or retain web content, search content, communications, or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Account status, traffic allowance, and service diagnostics needed to operate international routes are used only for authentication, measurement, and troubleshooting, and are not retained as browsing records. Temporary diagnostic information is cleared after the relevant session or support matter ends and troubleshooting no longer requires it. Order and account-change records are not browsing logs.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Payment Processing

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security status, allowing your choices to remain after changing pages. Disabling necessary storage may end the login session, prevent preferences from being retained, or stop some account features from working properly. This storage is not used to record the content of websites you visit.

Payments may be completed through Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service. VPNUW receives the status, amount, and transaction identifier needed to complete the order, but does not directly obtain the full authentication details of a third-party payment account. How third parties handle payment information is governed by their own terms of service and privacy rules. Before paying, check the recipient information and order amount shown on the payment page.

Data Retention, Security, and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains active to maintain login, plan, traffic, and support features. After you stop using the service, non-essential account information is deleted or de-linked after account processing is complete. Order, refund, and transaction status records are retained for the period needed to complete settlement, handle disputes, and meet applicable compliance requirements. Once their purpose ends, they are deleted, aggregated, or converted into records that cannot be directly associated with an account.

VPNUW reduces the risk of unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure through access controls, transmission protection, and restrictions on internal operations. You should keep your username, password, and subscription link secure. To request deletion of an account or related information, sign in to the user panel and use a support ticket to specify the scope of deletion. After receiving a request, we verify account ownership and process data that can be deleted. Records still needed for an unfinished order, refund, dispute, or necessary compliance matter are cleared after the relevant matter ends.

User Choices and Policy Updates

You can view your account status, orders, and support records in the user panel. You may also request correction of inaccurate account information, deletion of data that can be deleted, or discontinuation of the service. If a request involves another account, an unfinished transaction, or information whose ownership cannot be verified, VPNUW may require the necessary account verification first.

This policy is updated when service features, data purposes, payment processes, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects how data is processed, a prominent notice will be provided through the website or user panel. We recommend reading the updated policy before continuing to use the relevant features.
