CONTROL / FEATURES

Six core capabilities by use case

Check connection quality first, then security, devices and content use cases. Numbered switches keep you on the same page, with each item explaining the relevant problem, how it works and its usage limits.

ROUTE QUALITY

Stable during peak hours

The international connection experience depends not only on the exit region, but also on the access path and current use case. VPNUW labels IEPL dedicated, transit and direct routes separately, making it easier to switch between peak-hour use, everyday browsing and large-file transfers. If pages load slowly or video buffers, keep the target region unchanged and try another route type in the same region. This can reduce account-environment changes caused by repeatedly switching regions.

ROUTE PREVIEW

Choose a region first, then select a route type to connect

The live status area shows reference data for current routes; the static table below confirms regions, cities, route types and streaming support. Presenting the two separately helps prevent short-term status from being mistaken for a long-term promise.

Route selection order

For ordinary international websites, start with a nearby region, then compare IEPL dedicated, transit and direct routes. For region-specific content, identify the library region first and prioritize routes marked as supporting streaming. Keep the same region while signing in to AI tools and during long conversations. If the connection has problems, switch to another route in the same region before considering a different exit region.

OPERATING LOGIC

Put routes, delivery and support into one workflow

Service differences are not limited to the country list. They also affect how quickly users can understand routes, obtain configurations and troubleshoot. VPNUW brings these steps together in a clear page structure.

Route types clearly labeled

The route table shows the region, city, route type and streaming support instead of combining every exit into a name-only list. Filter by target region first, then choose an IEPL dedicated, transit or direct route based on peak-hour, everyday browsing or content-access needs. If a problem occurs, you can also record exactly which route type you were using, reducing missing information during troubleshooting.

Keep registration fields minimal

Register with a username and password; no email address is required. Once the account is created, plans, orders, subscriptions and client access are centralized in the user panel. This reduces the time spent searching across pages and provides one place to return to when changing devices and obtaining the current subscription. Keep your username, password and subscription link secure.

List pricing and data rules directly

Monthly plans are available at 60GB, 250GB and 500GB, priced at ¥9.9/month, ¥18/month and ¥28/month respectively. Data resets monthly on the activation date. For irregular usage periods, choose a data pack that never expires. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days; check the rules on the full plans page before using the user panel.

Link support access to your order

For import, connection, order or refund issues, submit a ticket through the user panel so the issue stays associated with your account and order information. When describing a connection problem, include the device platform, target region, route type and steps that caused the issue. For order questions, keep the relevant order details. Specific information makes it easier to distinguish client configuration, route selection and account status.

FAQ PICK

Five common questions before you start

These answers cover registration, devices, data, clients and route selection. More connection troubleshooting and billing guidance is available in the Support Center.

Is an email address required to register?

No email address is required; register with a username and password. The username is used to sign in to the user panel, while the password verifies your account. After registering, save your login details securely. The user panel contains access to subscriptions, clients, plans and tickets.

How many devices can one account connect?

There is no device limit. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. A subscription link contains your account connection configuration and should only be imported on devices you manage. When a device is no longer in use, remove the old configuration to avoid leaving subscription information in an uncontrolled environment.

When does monthly subscription data reset?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Current monthly plans include 60GB at ¥9.9/month, 250GB at ¥18/month and 500GB at ¥28/month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days; check the full plans page for the available options.

Where can I get the client and subscription?

Sign in to the user panel and open the client download area. Marketing pages do not provide direct installer links or subscription addresses. After obtaining the subscription, follow the import steps for your platform. Once imported, connect to a route first, then check that the exit region matches your selection.

What should I check first if access is still slow after connecting?

First confirm that the client is still connected, then check whether the target website requires a specific region. If the region is correct, switch to another route type in the same region, such as changing from direct to transit or IEPL dedicated. If multiple platforms show the same issue, record the device, region and route type before submitting a ticket.
